Another Sports Update

Here is the link to see how Hannah did today.  She keeps getting better and better!  22 out of 186!  Way to go Hannah!

Soccer Saturday was in full swing today.  Mary and Joel's team both won today and Nathan's team came up 1 short against one of the traveling teams.

Mary Sports Update

Mary is doing really great in soccer.  She is very confident and it shows!  She scored twice in the first two minutes of the game today.  Coaches thought it would be good if she played defense for awhile then.  Her team won again.

Nathan Sports Update

Nathan's soccer team was victorious again.  Their record is now 2-2.  They are looking much better now than they did earlier in the season.  Nathan was inches away from a goal today but the defender kicked it away at the last moment.  Maybe next time.

Hannah Sports Update

Hannah had a really great week.  The volleyball team won both of their games.  Hannah got 13th overall in the Sandy Valley Cross Country Invitational.  Here is the link for the results.  You will then need to click on Middle School Girls to see Hannah's results.

Family Picture

Mary needed to take a family picture into school and Hannah had friends over.  So we got a good picture with and without the dog.

Some sports updates...

I finally remembered to take some pictures and videos of Joel and Mary playing soccer.  I will get some pictures of Nathan next weekend.  It might be awhile till I get a good picture of Hannah running though.  I should be able to get some volleyball pictures this week as well.

Joel's team is undefeated still.  Mary scored 3 times in her first game.  Nathan's team plays really well but somehow ends up on the wrong side of the win column.

Sports Update Sept 1, 2012

Hannah ran in the Marlington Invitational at a time of 15:07.  She came in 19th place overall for middle school girls.  Not too bad for her first run.

Unfortunately Hannah's volleyball team is off to a rough start.  They lost a heart breaker in their first match losing in the third set by 2.  They also lost their second match in two sets.  Let us hope for a better next week.

Joel is playing for a U12 team called the Marlington United.  He spot subbed for the U14 team and scored a goal for them.  After that game he went to his normal U12 game.  His teams won both games.

Nathan scored for his team at the Diamond Park league and helped them win.  Mary will officially start games next week.

Sorry for no pictures this time.  We just wanted to enjoy.  Maybe next time.
